STC EMERGENCY CLEAN UP AND RESTORATION

This statewide term contract provides for emergency response, clean‑up, and full property restoration services in South Carolina for incidents such as fire, water, mold, storm damage, or other “act of God” events. Contractors will be called upon via purchase orders to assess damage, perform drying, de‑contamination, demolition, removal, disposal, and restoration of structures and contents, including specialty work (asbestos, hazardous waste, media restoration, etc.). Pricing is based on Xactimate estimates plus a 1.25 % administrative fee, with a maximum five‑year contract period and optional annual renewals.
