U.S. Customs and Border Protection Less Lethal Specialty Impact/Chemical Munitions (LLSI CM) Request for Information

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is conducting market research to gain a greater understanding of the full range of available options for industry's ability to provide CBP with suitable Distraction Devices, Specialty Impact and Chemical Munitions, hand delivered and launched in 40mm launchers. The contract is intended to be a Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) and will have a five-year period of performance from the date of award. The scope of work includes the procurement of various less lethal specialty impact and chemical munitions, including hand delivered pyrotechnic canisters, non-pyrotechnic indoor/outdoor use, and 40mm launched specialty impact munitions. The contract will require the vendor to provide a wide range of products, including but not limited to, smoke canisters, CS canisters, OC canisters, and rubber ball grenades.
