On-Call Right-of-Way Acquisition and Relocation Services

The City of Rock Hill is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide on-call right-of-way acquisition, relocation, and negotiation services. The selected company will be required to perform all acquisition and relocation services necessary within the specified time limits, in conformance with the City's policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The company will be responsible for acquiring all property rights required for each project assignment, including fee whole parcels, fee partial parcels, permanent easements, and temporary construction easements. The company will also perform necessary relocations required for the assigned project. The initial term of the resulting agreement is three years, with two 12-month options. • The company must have a valid SC Real Estate License issued by the SCLLR in good standing to submit for this solicitation and to hold throughout the life of the contract. • The company must provide documentation of any history of litigation associated with project performance or professional liability during the past ten years. • The company must provide a statement of its general financial standing and current insurance coverage. • The company must provide a list of at least three references familiar with the quality of work done by the company of a similar nature as contained in the Scope of Work. • The company must provide a narrative describing its firm's relevant experience and qualifications for the Scope of Work.
