Transit Data Management Platform

The City of Lincoln-StarTran is seeking a contractor to provide a Transit Data Management Platform. The platform should utilize data from already installed automatic passenger counters (APCs) and provide a software platform that processes and compiles this data. The contractor will be responsible for setting up, testing, and maintaining the platform. The contract term is for four years with an option to renew for an additional four years.
