Janitorial Services for KY State Treasurer

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Kentucky State Treasurer's office. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning tasks, as well as deep cleaning and special event cleaning. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional two-year periods. • Daily tasks include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash cans. • Weekly tasks include dusting and polishing surfaces, and cleaning windows. • Monthly tasks include vacuuming and cleaning furniture, and cleaning light fixtures. • Quarterly tasks include deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery, and cleaning of ceiling vents. The vendor must have at least three years of experience in providing janitorial services and must be able to provide references from current or previous clients. The vendor must also be able to provide proof of insurance and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
