The Town of Grand Isle, VT seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive IT managed‑services for a three‑year term (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2029) with a possible one‑year extension. Services include Microsoft 365 tenant administration, licensing, user lifecycle, security (MFA, DLP, conditional access), SharePoint/OneDrive support, help‑desk and emergency support, system monitoring, backup and disaster‑recovery, firewall/anti‑ransomware, hardware maintenance, periodic reporting, and advisory consulting.
