Lighted Wallet Magnifiers & Microfiber Pouches

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the supply of lighted wallet magnifiers and microfiber pouches. The magnifiers should have a switch-on light and 3x magnification lens, while the pouches should be 7" x 3.50" in size. The City requires 5,000 units of each item. Bidders must submit their quotes through the PHLContracts platform, and a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement is required prior to bid closing. The agreement can be attached to the vendor's profile or submitted with the first quote. • The City reserves the right to award the contract as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City. • The bidder must quote all items to be eligible for award as a whole. • The City will not consider quotes from vendors who have not submitted a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement. • The quote submission deadline is March 4, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM.
