Steel High Top Utility Body

The City of Omaha is seeking bids from qualified companies for the provision of a Steel High Top Utility Body. The bid includes the supply of two units, with estimated quantities for informational purposes only. The city prefers to have the option to extend the pricing, terms, and conditions of this bid to other city departments, Douglas County departments, or other governmental agencies. • The bid bond amount is set at 5% of the total bid if the total bid amount is $50,000 or more. • The bid closing date is January 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM (CT). • Questions must be submitted by December 26, 2025, at 02:00 PM (CT). • The city reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with the requirements outlined in the solicitation. • Bidders must agree to abide by the Employee Classification Act if awarded the contract. • The city may use the public competitive bid secured for the procurement of future materials, equipment, work, or services under the same terms, conditions, and prices offered by the bidder.
