Gas Main Installation - Corsicana Independent School District

The Corsicana Independent School District (CISD) is seeking qualified utility contractors to install approximately 2,250 linear feet of 4‑inch high‑density polyethylene (HDPE) intermediate‑pressure gas main and one service line for its Early Childhood Center (ECC) on Drane Road, Texas. Work will be performed using approved horizontal directional drilling or open‑cut trenching, must comply with DOT CFR 49 Part 192, OSHA, and Atmos Energy specifications, and include traffic control, erosion control, pressure testing, and as‑built documentation. The contract will be awarded via a Competitive Sealed Proposal process, with proposals due electronically by October 19, 2026. • Install 2,250 LF of 4″ HDPE IP gas main (bore/open‑cut) • Install one gas service line to the meter location • Perform LP sensing line daylighting, tap installation, and 150‑160 PSIG pressure testing • Provide traffic control, SWPPP erosion control, and site restoration to pre‑construction condition • Supply all labor, equipment, materials, safety plans, insurance, bonds, and required certifications (Operator Qualification, ISNetworld RAVS) • Submit detailed price proposal, qualifications, references, safety records, and required forms via Texas SmartBuy/ESBD • Work must commence within one week of award notification and be completed in a timely manner per contract schedule.
