The Berlin Borough Board of Education is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide comprehensive design, permitting, and facilities‑planning services for its school district during the 2026‑27 fiscal year. The contractor will develop technical specifications, update long‑range facility plans on the NJDOE website, coordinate with a variety of engineering and consulting partners, and obtain all required permits and approvals.
