Notice of Intent to Sole-Source Co-Sponsorship National Drill Championships

The U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) is seeking a contractor to co-sponsor the National Drill Championships. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services to host and curate the Co-Curricular Drill Event Championships. The contractor will also provide a designated space for the Army's adventure truck or promotional booth, facilitate the involvement of Army personnel as judges and award presenters, and allow a Cadet Command leadership representative to present awards during the ceremony. • The contractor will provide branding and advertising services, including featuring the U.S. Army Cadet Command and Army JROTC branding on the event's official website, social media pages, and in the event magazine. • The contractor will provide a single point of contact to coordinate all aspects of the Army's involvement. • The contractor will provide approximately 3,000 copies of the event magazine to be distributed to Army JROTC units. • The contractor will provide a website robust enough to handle up-to-date information on all events and registration for schools. • The contractor will provide on-site mini briefs of judges provided as part of Army JROTC's co-sponsorship of the events.
