Family-to-Family Health Information Centers (F2F HIC)

The purpose of this program is to provide information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to families of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and the professionals who serve them. The program aims to help CYSHCN and their families navigate complex systems to receive needed services and improve their health and well-being.
