Bulk Waste Container and Waste Removal Services

The City of Norfolk is seeking vendors to provide bulk waste containers and associated waste removal services for municipal solid waste handling. The contract will cover procurement, delivery, placement, and periodic emptying of containers, as well as disposal of the collected waste in compliance with local regulations. This bid is open to firms with experience in waste management, container logistics, and environmental compliance. • Provide a specified quantity of bulk waste containers (e.g., roll‑off or large dumpsters) across designated city locations. • Perform regular collection, transport, and proper disposal/recycling of the waste material. • Maintain containers in good condition, conduct repairs or replacements as needed, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. • Supply documentation of waste stream volumes, disposal methods, and any recycling efforts for reporting to the city.
