Procurement of Benchtop Environmental Temp/Humidity Chamber

The FDA’s Winchester Engineering Analytical Center (WEAC) seeks a brand‑name or equal benchtop environmental temperature/humidity chamber to condition regulatory samples for testing and research. The chamber must meet strict temperature (‑20 °C to 180 °C) and humidity (10 %–95 % RH) ranges, hold at least 4 cu ft, include a solid‑state humidity sensor, leak detection, viewing window, internal shelf, mobile cart, and a 2‑inch cable port. It must be factory‑calibrated to ISO 17025, carry a minimum one‑year warranty, and include on‑site installation, commissioning, training, and unlimited remote support. All components must be new, not refurbished, and comply with Section 508 accessibility standards. Delivery is to FDA’s WEAC in Winchester, MA, with the period of performance extending from formal acceptance through the warranty term.
