Mobile X-Ray System

The Nuclear Nonproliferation Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a mobile x-ray system. The request for quotation includes a bill of materials, and the award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The contractor should provide a firm fixed price quote, including the proposed delivery schedule, and complete the attached representations and certifications. The following documents should be provided in response to this proposal: a quote, representations and certifications, and any exceptions taken to the terms and conditions. • The mobile x-ray system must meet the specifications listed in Attachment C- RFQ379502 Bill of Materials. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quote with the proposed delivery schedule. • The contractor must complete the attached representations and certifications. • Any exceptions taken to the terms and conditions must be explained and alternate solutions provided.
