NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - Base Supply Bridge

The United States Air Force is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for base supply services at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The contract is a bridge contract to succeed contract FA9401-24-C-0022, which expires on 30 September 2025. The anticipated bridge contract will consist of a four-month basic period of performance and four two-month option periods. The Air Force believes that only one contractor, Tunista Logistics Solutions, LLC, is capable of performing these services on a short-term basis with no service interruptions and without added investment and start-up costs. Interested businesses may submit a capability statement to demonstrate their ability to perform this requirement.
