Apple Products and Services Addendum 1

The State of Vermont’s Department of Buildings and General Services is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a full range of Apple hardware—including iPads, MacBooks, iMacs, Mac Mini, Mac Pro, and related accessories—plus repair, warranty, and technical support services. The contract will run for an initial two‑year term with up to three optional one‑year renewals, and the vendor must provide rapid 1‑2 day fulfillment, dedicated account management, quarterly sales reporting, and compliance with sustainability and domestic‑product requirements. • Supply all Apple‑branded tablets, laptops, desktops, and approved third‑party accessories (iPhones excluded). • Provide repair, extended warranty, and 7:45 AM‑4:30 PM ET technical support with response times of ≤3 hours for sales/tech inquiries. • Meet strict delivery, inventory, reporting, and environmental criteria, including ENERGY STAR, recycled‑content, and U.S.‑manufacturing percentages.
