Budget estimate

$1,200,000 – $1,700,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract ceiling; payment is based on fully‑loaded hourly rates. Assuming two senior economists at $150‑$200 per hour, averaging 20 billable hours per week, the annual cost would range from $312,000 to $416,000. Over the maximum four‑year term, total earnings could fall roughly between $1.2 million and $1.7 million. The range accounts for variations in staff levels, hourly rates, and actual workload.
