The City of Atlanta is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive event security planning, POST-certified off-duty law enforcement coordination, traffic control support, street closure and reopening coordination, parking enforcement coordination, and incident response services for the Atlanta Streets Alive event series. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring the safe closure and reopening of city streets, hiring and managing POST-certified off-duty law enforcement officers, developing event-specific security and traffic management plans, and coordinating with various City departments. * The contractor must have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing similar services. * The contractor must demonstrate a proven history of performing projects within required timeframes without material delays or service interruptions. * The contractor must identify key management and operational personnel with relevant experience supporting the proposed services. * The contractor must provide references or performance documentation verifying successful project completion. * The contractor must comply with the City's Office of Contract Compliance (OCC) requirements, including a 25% Small Business Opportunity participation goal.
