The Millennium Challenge Account – Moçambique (MCA-M) is seeking a contractor to design and build the New Licungo River Bridge (1.8 Kms) and Mocuba Bypass Road (17.2 Kms) in Zambezia Province, Mozambique. The project aims to improve the primary road network in Mozambique and is funded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The contractor will be responsible for the detailed design and execution of the works as per the Employer's Requirements. • The project is located on the N1 national road, which forms the key backbone of the primary road network in Mozambique. • The contractor will be selected through the Quality and Price-Based Selection (QPBS) procedure. • A site visit will take place on May 14th, 2026, and May 15th, 2026. • A Pre-Offer Conference will be held on May 22nd, 2026. • Offers must be delivered electronically on or before August 3rd, 2026.
