The UPS should have at least 4 NEMA 5-20R 120V 60Hz power outputs, L5-30P 120V 60Hz Power Input, hot-swappable internal batteries, online/double-conversion, 3000VA, and an expandable network card for remote management. The contractor must deliver the UPS within 30 days after contract award. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside, and the NAICS code is 335910. • The UPS must meet the specified characteristics, including power outputs, power input, and battery type. • The contractor must deliver the UPS to NSWC Crane within 30 days after contract award. • The contract is a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor must provide a quote for the UPS. • The Government reserves the right to terminate the contract for its convenience. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxes, labor, and environmental protection.
