The City of Lawrenceville is seeking a qualified General Contractor to remediate a sinkhole at 822 Leonard Court. The scope includes traffic control per MUTCD, erosion control (silt fence, portable concrete washout), demolition of existing curb, gutter, and asphalt, excavation and grading of a 15‑by‑15‑ft area to a depth of 4‑7 ft, placement of structural fill, installation of new concrete curb & gutter, and resurfacing with asphalt. The contractor must provide a 5 % bid bond, and upon award furnish 100 % performance and payment bonds, along with comprehensive insurance (workers’ comp, commercial general liability $500 k, auto liability $500 k, umbrella $1 M). The work must be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days. A pre‑bid conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on 15 Sep 2026; questions are due by 3:00 p.m. on 17 Sep 2026.
