Protestant Religious Education Coordinator - WAFB MO

The US Air Force is seeking a Protestant Religious Education Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and support the Protestant Religious Education program at Whiteman AFB, MO. The coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing Protestant and Ecumenical events, creating a budget, and executing that budget with input from the Senior Protestant Chaplain. The coordinator will also be responsible for recruiting and training volunteers, managing facilities, and ensuring compliance with Air Force Instructions and Chapel Operating Instructions. • The coordinator must have at least two years of experience as a religious education coordinator and possess knowledge and training in Protestant religious education materials. • The coordinator must be able to work cooperatively with chapel staff, volunteers, and members of other faith groups for ecumenical activities. • The coordinator must undergo successful background checks and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
