RFQ - Consulting for Dental Srvc Eval

Raleigh County Board of Education seeks a qualified consulting firm to evaluate its current dental insurance coverage for employees, recommend enhancements, develop a Request for Proposal (RFP) for new dental providers, and assess responses to that RFP. The consultant will act as an extension of the Board, providing cost‑analysis, provider comparisons, and interview support, and will deliver a final recommendation report to the Superintendent. • Review and analyze existing employee dental benefits. • Draft and manage the RFP process for selecting a new dental insurance provider, including cost modeling and coverage comparison. • Participate in provider interviews and produce a final recommendation report with detailed cost‑benefit analysis. • Provide any additional related consulting tasks as assigned during the contract period.
