Zone 4 Tank Rehabilitation Project (Phase 1)

The City of Folsom Utilities Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive rehabilitation of two potable‑water storage tanks in Zone 4 (Phase I). Work includes interior and exterior tank recoating, spot repairs, structural modifications to hatches, rafters and beams, installation of a new mixing system to improve THM reduction, upgrades to water‑quality monitoring, and extensive electrical, instrumentation and SCADA modifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will require a Class A General Engineering Contractor (or Class C‑33 Painting Contractor with a Class A subcontractor) to perform the non‑coating work.
