Non Chloride Liquid Deicer

The Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide Non-Chloride Liquid Deicer for use in winter operations on several bridge structures throughout the state of Michigan. The deicer should be a non-corrosive alternative to corrosive road salt. The contractor will be required to meet the minimum point threshold and offer the best combination of evaluation factors and price. • The contractor must be a certified authorized distributor of Non-Chloride Liquid Deicers. • The contractor must provide documentation to support the Mandatory Minimum Requirements. • The contractor must submit a complete proposal, including all attachments, modifications, or withdrawals, electronically through www.michigan.gov/SIGMAVSS by the deadline. • The contractor must agree to the State's Contract Terms and Schedules as written.
