The City of Tacoma is seeking a vendor to supply a variety of safety‑tag, decal, and reflector‑strip products for Tacoma Power operations on an on‑demand basis. All items must meet ANSI Z535 safety‑sign standards, be durable for at least two years outdoors, and carry the Tacoma Power logo, part number, and manufacture date. The contract is a three‑year base agreement with the possibility of two one‑year extensions and includes quarterly price‑adjustment provisions. Quantities are estimated over the three‑year period, ranging from a few dozen designer decals to more than twelve thousand red “DANGER” tags. The city will issue purchase orders to the awarded vendor, with delivery to the Power Warehouse in Tacoma, and expects freight‑prepaid (FOB Destination) pricing. • Supply of red “DANGER”, yellow “CAUTION”, blue “NOTICE”, and orange ground‑wire safety tags in specified sizes, materials, and pull‑rating. • Provision of custom Tacoma Power, Water, Rail, and Public Utilities logo decals (UV‑resistant peel‑and‑stick vinyl). • Delivery of high‑visibility orange and yellow reflector‑strip kits. • Compliance with quarterly price‑adjustment requests, documentation of cost increases, and strict branding/logo requirements (final logo proofs released only to the awardee).
