RFP - GEORGE C. WRIGHT JR. MUNICIPAL PARK SOFTBALL FIELD RENOVATION PROJECT

The Town of Smyrna is seeking qualified contractors to renovate the softball facilities at George C. Wright Jr. Municipal Park. The scope includes replacement of in‑field and out‑field fencing on two fields, backstop renovation, dugout/roof upgrades, and comprehensive in‑field work such as grading, leveling, installation of a new in‑field mix, and replacement of field equipment. Proposals must be submitted in three hard‑copy sets by September 22, 2026, and a mandatory pre‑proposal meeting/site visit will be scheduled at a later date.
