The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) is seeking information from vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements in Africa. The agency is looking for companies that can provide turbine fuel, aviation fuel, diesel fuel, and gasoline to various locations in Africa, including Djibouti, Sao Tome, Somalia, Kenya, and Juba, South Sudan. Interested companies should respond to this Sources Sought Notice by 24 August 2026, providing information about their company, technical ability, financial capacity, and ability to perform.
