The kits must meet the specified requirements, including being new and free from defects. The vendor must also provide a quote that includes all related costs, including shipping and delivery to the final destination. The City reserves the right to determine the suitability of the items offered and to reject any items that do not meet the specifications. • The quote must include the unit price and extended price for the kits. • The vendor must guarantee that the kits are standard equipment and the latest model of regular stock product offered in the manufacturer's published specifications. • The vendor must provide a warranty for the kits against faulty material and workmanship. • The vendor must deliver the kits within 30 calendar days after receipt of order. • The vendor must provide documentation, including a quote schedule and signature page, and must acknowledge receipt of all addenda issued for the solicitation.
