Physical Therapy Services

The Red Clay Consolidated School District is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive physical‑therapy services to its K‑12 student population, early‑years program, and Meadowood program for the 2026‑2027 school year. The contractor must staff licensed physical therapists and assistants, conduct individual, group, and consultative therapy sessions, perform assessments aligned with IEPs, and continue services during extended school year periods. In addition, the vendor must offer professional‑development training for school staff, parents, and paraprofessionals, manage all billing and Medicaid cost‑recovery documentation, and ensure all personnel clear required background‑check and child‑protection clearances. • Serve roughly 200‑250 K‑12 students, 120‑150 early‑years students, and 80‑100 Meadowood program students. • Provide licensed PT/PTA services, ESY support, and 12‑month entitlement programming. • Deliver continuing‑education workshops for district personnel and maintain training records. • Handle invoicing, Medicaid cost‑recovery, and required insurance (minimum $1 M general & professional liability). • Contract runs Aug 1 2026 – Jul 31 2027 with optional renewals; award based on a 100‑point evaluation covering experience, diversity capability, professional‑learning support, cost, supervision, and administrative support.
