Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking to lease approximately 400 gross square feet of land in Ravensdale, WA for a USACE Weather Monitoring Station. The lease will be for a term of twenty (20) years with Government termination rights and location within the delineated area specified. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The space should have 24-hour unrestricted access, 24-hour parking for two Government vehicles, and a large open area for equipment platform and hardware. The USACE will evaluate proposals based on factors such as price, location, neighborhood, ease of access, parking availability, site plan/layout, compatibility of adjacent businesses, and overall appearance of the building.
