Proposition 1 Lower Los Angeles River Grants

The San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy (RMC) is offering Proposition 1 Lower Los Angeles River Grants to fund ecosystem, watershed, and water‑related projects within 1.5 miles of the Lower LA River corridor. Eligible applicants include nonprofit, public agency, tribal, and other government entities that can demonstrate a water‑related benefit and, optionally, matching funds. Applications are submitted in two phases—a Concept Proposal followed by a Full Application—subject to review for alignment with RMC priorities such as habitat restoration, flood mitigation, climate adaptation, and water quality improvement.
