In Vitro Diagnostic Laboratory Instruments

The Defense Health Agency is seeking to acquire In Vitro Diagnostic Laboratory Instruments. The contract requires the delivery of three new instruments, sub-components, and warranty as specified in the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MEC). The contractor must also provide delivery, installation, and user-level training as specified in the MEC.
