Continuing Contract for Commissioning Services

Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) is establishing a multi‑year, continuing contract to provide comprehensive commissioning services for its K‑12 school facilities. The award will be for an initial three‑year term with two one‑year renewal options, and vendors must demonstrate experience in school‑related commissioning, possess the necessary Florida professional registrations and licenses, and meet mandatory MWBE/LDB/VBE participation goals (15%/10%/3%). The scope covers HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, data, security, PA, sound, and building management systems. OCPS will select one or more qualified contractors, and the contract will be awarded via a full and open competition RFQ process.
