RFP No. 1012-27-001 Federal Lobbying Services

This contract awards GoTriangle a comprehensive federal lobbying program to advance the authority’s transportation priorities in Washington, D.C. The contractor will develop strategic plans, engage members of Congress and key committees, monitor and influence surface‑transportation reauthorizations, manage annual appropriations and grant‑program advocacy, maintain relationships with USDOT/FTA officials, and provide ongoing compliance and reporting. Services are delivered under a baseline monthly‑retainer with additional milestone‑based work as needed, and require strict adherence to lobbying disclosure and conflict‑of‑interest rules. • Strategic Federal Affairs planning and continuous updates for each congressional session. • Direct congressional and agency engagement to protect and grow FTA formula funding, competitive grant opportunities, and policy influence. • Monthly reporting, compliance filings (LD‑1/LD‑2, SF‑LLL), and on‑site presence at GoTriangle facilities at least twice per year.
