The City of Wilmington is seeking qualified contractors to supply labor, materials, and ongoing maintenance for a city‑wide tree‑planting program in fiscal year 25. The scope includes planting 464 trees of 47 different species, providing initial watering, mulch, staking, and an 18‑month survival guarantee, as well as handling any storm‑related damage during the warranty period.
