The School Board of Leon County, Florida entered into a three‑year District Term Contract with Eli Roberts & Sons, Inc. for the delivery of ultra‑low‑sulfur diesel (with premium additive) and 87‑octane gasoline (E‑10 and non‑ethanol) to fuel its fleet of 103 school buses and two bulk fuel tanks. The contractor must use sealed‑meter trucks equipped with an automated fuel‑system that records detailed transaction data, provide temperature‑adjusted delivery volumes, maintain spill‑prevention and emergency‑response plans, and comply with all federal, state, and local fuel quality and safety regulations. Pricing is based on weekly OPIS market rates plus a fixed per‑gallon service‑charge markup; invoices are paid net‑30.
