Description
The City of Boise is seeking a consultant to update the Downtown Boise Streetscape Standards & Specifications Manual. The update aims to expand the scope of the document to include the State Street and Shoreline Urban Renewal Districts. The consultant will be responsible for developing streetscape typologies, creating a map that applies the typologies to the right of way, and coordinating with stakeholders and public agencies. The project is expected to begin in June 2024 and be completed in May 2025.
• The Streetscape Manual is a regulatory document that guides the design of public streetscapes within the city.
• The update will include a review of and technical revisions to the Streetscape Manual.
