This cooperative contract secures a firm, non‑recallable supply of natural gas for public‑sector participants in the Wayne‑Finger Lakes region for the 2025‑2026 fiscal year. The award is split into four pipeline categories, each awarded to a different qualified gas producer or marketer. The selected vendors must deliver the full nominated volumes to the participants’ local distribution company city gates, maintain gas quality standards, and provide monthly reporting.
