RFP 2015-31 Print Fulfillment Services

Covered California issued RFP 2015‑31 to obtain a single vendor to provide comprehensive print production, fulfillment, and online store services supporting its outreach and enrollment activities. KP LLC was identified in the Notice of Intent to Award as the intended contractor. The contract is a fixed‑price/time‑and‑materials agreement valued at up to $43.3 million, spanning June 2016 to June 2018 with optional one‑year extensions. The vendor must handle high‑volume variable‑data printing, manage a secure SFTP file‑transfer process, maintain HIPAA‑compliant data handling, run an online storefront for ~1,850 users and ~160 products, process credit‑card and user‑budget payments, and provide warehousing for at least 200 pallets.
