The Town of Fountain Hills entered into a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Matlick Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a United Fire Equipment Company for the purchase of emergency response, firefighting, and safety equipment and supplies. The agreement is for a term of one year, with an option to renew. The total amount of the contract is $105,243.30. The agreement includes provisions for compensation, exhibit B-1, and non-default.
