Community Agency Grant

The City of Cottonwood has entered into a funding agreement with Verde Valley Caregivers Coalition to provide no-cost transportation services to Cottonwood residents who are no longer able to drive to health care appointments. The agreement is effective from August 2, 2024, to June 30, 2025, and the City will provide funding of $20,000, payable in quarterly installments of $5,000. The Grantee is required to submit quarterly and year-end reports to the City. The agreement also includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and compliance with laws and regulations.
