The FY27 Shared Visions Technical Assistance grant supports Iowa Area Education Agencies (AEAs) in delivering technical assistance to early‑childhood “Shared Visions” programs for at‑risk children. The State of Iowa, via the Department of Education, allocates $229,262 across 24 individual awards covering nine service‑area regions. Each award funds salary, benefits, and travel for AEA early‑childhood consultants who will provide monthly contact hours, quarterly meetings, and monthly reporting to both Parent Support and Preschool program grantees. Payments are split 50 % at award acceptance and the remaining 50 % near the start of the subsequent fiscal year. The grant period runs from July 1 2026 through June 30 2027.
