This rolling procurement provides emergency hotel and motel lodging services for families experiencing homelessness throughout Massachusetts. The Commonwealth will award up to 15 contracts on a cost‑reimbursement basis, reviewing submissions monthly and granting awards on a rolling basis. Contracts have an initial term of 11 months with the possibility of up to ten additional renewal periods, allowing the program to extend up to approximately nine years.
