Description
The County of Hawaii is seeking a price term agreement for providing housing quality standards inspections for various programs, including the Residential Emergency Repair Program, Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program, and other housing programs. The contract was cancelled after opening but prior to award due to prices exceeding available funds. The Office of Housing and Community Development will be reviewing the specifications and revising as necessary, and the required service will be re-bid.
• The contract includes five types of inspections: Initial Inspection, Re-Exam Inspection, Damage Inspection, Repair Inspection, and No-Show Inspection.
• The bidder shall complete the following when submitting their bid: fees for requested services, standard signature page, resume with relevant work experience, and any other relevant information.
• All questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted through the Public Purchase website.
