Employee Health Coverage & Claims

This contract is for employee health coverage and claims administration services between the City of Port St. Lucie and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. d/b/a Florida Blue. The contract term is from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2026, with two one-year renewal options. The City will pay administrative fees to Florida Blue, which will provide claims processing and administrative services for the City's self-insured Employee Welfare Benefit Plan.
