OUTSTANDING OLDER AMERICAN AWARDS LUNCHEON ON 5/5/17 (SOUTH KOHALA AREA)

The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide goods and services for the Outstanding Older American Awards Luncheon, which will be held on May 5, 2017, in the South Kohala area. The vendor will be responsible for providing plated lunches, equipment, and room rental for the event. The total budget for the event is not to exceed $14,000. The award will be based on the lowest total sum price and in meeting the distance request (or other accommodations). The vendor will need to bid on (or provide) all items (1-7). • The event will be held on May 5, 2017, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. • The vendor will need to provide plated lunches for approximately 400 people. • The vendor will need to provide equipment, including a podium, mic, American flag, and Hawaiian flag. • The vendor will need to provide room rental for the event, with a capacity of 400 people. • The vendor will need to provide parking fees for 25 cars. • The total budget for the event is not to exceed $14,000.
