The City of Milpitas is seeking multiple qualified vendors to prepare and deliver approximately 21,472 senior meals per year (88 meals per day for 244 service days) at the Barbara Lee Senior Center. Vendors must supply all labor, equipment, transportation, and facilities, and must meet extensive health, safety, and nutritional standards, including a mix of standard and ethnic meals. The contract will start on April 1 2027 for an initial three‑year term with an optional three‑year extension, and the City may terminate with 30 days’ notice.
