Commercial Grade Fitness Equipment

The City of Mesa issued a competitive solicitation for the supply of commercial‑grade fitness equipment to be used by its Fire & Medical, Police, and Parks & Recreation departments. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price requirements contract with a three‑year base term (renewable) and a total annual budget of approximately $235,000. The award includes only the supply of equipment—installation, delivery, and preventive‑maintenance services are excluded and will be procured separately. The vendor must provide a three‑year warranty on cardio equipment and detailed warranty, leasing, customer‑service, ordering, and supply‑chain disruption plans as part of the technical proposal.
